Class PoliciesClasses are designed for beginning and advanced bead lovers, ages 12 and up. Pre-registration is required. Reservations will be held only with payment in full. We can register you for a class over the phone with a credit card. Coupons do not apply to class fees. Classes start promptly. In fairness to your fellow students and teachers, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be admitted to class and will forfeit your deposit. Please allow plenty of time for traffic and parking. If you wear glasses, please don't forget to bring them with you. Please do not bring unregistered guests or children to class. If you have shopping to do, please allow time before class. For classes in which materials are not provided: Shopping time is not included in class time. Please turn OFF cell phones before class begins. Cancellations:If you need to cancel your reservation, we require 48 hours notice prior to class, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. This means, no transferring to another class, no store credit or refunds will be given unless we are notified 48 hours in advance. No exceptions, unless we can fill your spot from a waiting list.
